Meet Kelly Ramos
Kelly Ramos began her Domino’s journey working in the office of a franchisee in California. After more than 12 years in back-office experience, she made the bold decision to transition into store operations and pursue her path toward franchise ownership.
At that pivotal moment, Kelly found renewed motivation in her two children, who became her daily inspiration and driving force. Determined to succeed, she committed herself fully to mastering operations and becoming the strongest General Manager she could be. While serving as a GM, she quickly expanded her impact beyond her own store, taking on supervisory responsibilities and supporting multiple locations.
During the time she served as both a General Manager and Supervisor, Kelly enrolled in the Franchise Management School (FMS). Through networking and relationship-building, she developed a strong support system that proved critical to her success. In 2023, she achieved her long-term goal of becoming a franchisee, acquiring two stores in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Today, KAE Pizza, LLC operates three locations in Arizona. Two in Flagstaff and one in Show Low; with a fourth store currently under construction in Pinetop-Lakeside.
Kelly understands firsthand that the journey to franchise ownership is demanding and often challenging. She has never forgotten the moments when guidance, encouragement, and community made the difference. Inspired by her own experience, she founded the Domino’s Franchisee Women’s Leadership Association (DWLA) to create a national platform that supports, connects, and empowers women who are pursuing, or dreaming of; franchise ownership.
Through the DWLA, Kelly continues to pay forward the support that helped shape her own journey, ensuring that future women leaders have the resources, and community they need to succeed.
