The DWLA officially made it to Ann Arbor! 🎉

This July, we brought the DWLA to the home of Domino’s for the very first time! Our intimate, invite-only event was all about bringing great people together for a day of connection, conversation, learning, and—of course—a little celebrating!

With a smaller group, attendees had the opportunity to really connect, network, and hear from some incredible leaders throughout the Domino’s community. Keynote speaker Debbie Sweeney summed up the spirit of the day perfectly: “If you’re going to work this much and this hard, you want to do it with people you enjoy spending time with.” We couldn’t agree more!

And speaking of celebrating… Ann Arbor was home to our very first official DWLA Awards! We were SO excited to recognize five incredible people and partners who continuously show up, support our mission, and make the DWLA better:

Between the great conversations, new connections, incredible speakers, and getting to celebrate some very deserving members of our DWLA family, Ann Arbor was a pretty special stop on our 2026 journey.
